A: We provide a tool with our watch bands that allows for easy link removal. Here's a simple step-by-step guide:

Locate the removable links on the band. These are identified by the small arrows or indicators.

Insert the provided tool into the pinhole on the removable link.

Apply gentle pressure and carefully push the tool to release the pin.

Once the pin is released, you can slide out the removable link.
Repeat the process if you need to remove additional links for a perfect fit.

Q: The pin is sticking out after putting the pin back into the watch band. Is this normal?

A: Yes, it is normal for the pin to stick out slightly after putting it back into the watch band. This is because the pin needs to be compressed in order to fit snugly into the band.

Q: How can I fix this?

A: There are two ways to fix this:
Tap the pin on a hard surface. This will help to compress the pin and push it flush with the band.


Use the link remover to push the pin in until it is flush. Be careful not to overtighten the pin, as this could damage the band.

Q: Which method should I use?

A: I recommend using the link remover, as it is the safer and more effective method. However, if you do not have a link remover, you can try tapping the pin on a hard surface. Just be careful not to hit it too hard, as this could also damage the band.

Q: Once the pin is flush, will it stay put?

A: Yes, once the pin is flush, it will stay put. The spring pressure in the band will keep the pin in place.

Q: Are your watch bands water-resistant?

A: Our watch bands are suitable for everyday use, but be cautious with excessive water exposure.

Q: How do I install and remove the watch bands?

A: Installing and removing our watch bands is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. To install: Slide one end of the band into the corresponding slot on your Apple Watch case until it clicks securely into place.
  2. To remove: Press and hold the release button located on the underside of the Apple Watch case while simultaneously sliding the band out.

  • Economy - USPS First Class (5 to 8 Business days): $2.99. However, it's free for orders over $24.99.
  • Express - FedEx 2Day (1 to 2 Business days): $8.00. Note: To ship on the same day, express orders must be placed before 12 PM EST.
