We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping for orders over $35.

Express orders will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, carrier delays, or holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak holiday periods.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

You'll be responsible for the original shipping costs; they're non-refundable.

Returned items must be new, unworn, and have all links intact. Items with missing or loose links aren't accepted.

There's a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

Sale items are final sale, with exceptions for defects.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. It might take up to a billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

• Check your email for a six-digit verification code from our store and enter it in the online store.
• Click on the order you want to return. If it has multiple items, choose the ones you're returning.
• Provide a return reason and leave a note.
• Request the return. If approved and shipping is required, we'll email you the shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.

We are transitioning all of our watch bands to universal sizing! Universal bands include interchangeable connectors that fit any Apple Watch face size from 38mm to 49mm, across all years and series. Some styles are not yet universal on our website. If a product shows two size options, please use the guide below to choose the correct size for your watch:

Yes! Are bands are designed to fit most size wrists, whether they are a metal, resin, elastic, magnetic, leather, or a nylon band. Metal and resin bands can be sized with or without our sizing tool. Magnetic, leather, or nylon bands expand from smaller to larger sizes. Elastic bands are one size fits most.
